Hong Kong is a signatory to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents Hague Apostille ConventionExternal link (opens in new tab). Certified Translation

When documents are written in a language that is not an official language of Hong Kong, then a certified translation may also be required.
